Fall in Love Into Fall with Haute Hippie

Chevron Sequined Mini Skirt             Country Roads Drop Waist Dress

Washed Floral Jean                         Floral Thread-Work Jacket

Long Horn Skull Front Top                      Sequin Boxing Short

Recently I stopped into a Haute Hippie store in Southampton and couldn't help but in love with their fall collection.  My favorite item for this Fall are printed pants, especially these floral faded jeans by Haute Hippe.  I love the rich floral pattern... perfect with boots and a flowing top.

Not to mention the beautiful sequin pieces, animal skull graphic tops, and knitted sweaters perfect for wrapping up in for this Fall.  The season has just begun and I am already turning up the heat, time to grab a sweater like one of these -- burrrr

"All blogs post the same stuff"

I really respect her for wearing this. I feel like my style is always different.  When I'm choosing my outfit for the day, if I feel a little more "bad ass" then I'm going to wear destroyed denim shorts, sheer knee highs and leather boots or jacket.  And if I'm feeling preppy-glam, then I'll wear something like a high waist pencil skirt, sequin top, arm candy, and rings on every finger.

I've come across blogs overtime that have excellent photographs and styling... But aren't recognized for it as they should, because they do not fit into a "category".  Your personal style should show your feelings and your likes.  Not necessarily whats currently in or whats the newest.  I feel there is a lot of pressure on fashion bloggers to always have whats new, when not every blogger have the funds for it.

I always want my blog to be true to myself and my readers.  I would never post something for the sake of being approved because everyone seems to fancy it.  I purchase what I like and I wear what style I feel at that moment. Everyday is different for me whether it be grungy, classic, girly, sophisticated, sexy, rocker, or boho, etc.

A little flashback... Before I was even a teen I would lay out my magazines on my bedroom floor at the end of each month and snip, snip, snip. I cut out everything that I loved, and would create different looks and pasted them into notebooks.  Now, between my blog and my tumblr I do the same thing.  I post photos of my daily style, or post/reblog photos, videos, or music.  Based on how I'm feeling, what I like, and whats inspiring me.  From a notebook on my bedside table has now moved to a national webpage, blogger and tumblr.  Live for anyone in any country to enjoy, or even to hate.  And I'm fine with that.  I don't want my blog to be about numbers, and followers.  Its one big public journal for me.  Containing myself, likes, adventures, inspirations, and laughs that I want anyone to enjoy as well.
